Privacy Policy
Fijape Educación Financiera S.A.C., with RUC 20613847512 and registered office at Av. Javier Prado Oeste 1066, San Isidro, Lima, Peru (hereinafter, “Fijape”), is committed to protecting the privacy of users of the fijape.com portal, in compliance with Peruvian Law No. 29733 on the Protection of Personal Data and its Regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS.
1. Data controller
The controller of the personal data bank named “Fijape Users” is Fijape Educación Financiera S.A.C. Any enquiry can be addressed to the Data Protection Officer at privacidad@fijape.com.
2. Personal data collected
We collect: full name, email address, optional phone number, region of residence and browsing data (IP address, device type and behaviour within the portal). We do not request bank account details or financial credentials.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is used exclusively to: (i) provide personalised financial guidance; (ii) send educational content and programme newsletters; (iii) generate aggregated statistics; (iv) comply with legal and regulatory obligations within Peruvian territory.
4. Retention period
Data is retained while you remain linked to the programme and for up to five (5) years afterwards, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies.
5. Data transfers
Fijape does not sell personal data. Internal transfers are made to technology providers contracted under confidentiality clauses and ISO/IEC 27001 security standards. No international transfers outside Peru are performed without your express consent.
6. ARCO rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO), as well as withdrawal of consent and data portability. To exercise them, write to privacidad@fijape.com attaching a copy of your ID. You may also file claims with the National Personal Data Protection Authority of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of Peru.
7. Security measures
We implement technical, organisational and legal measures to prevent the alteration, loss or unauthorised processing of personal data. Servers are audited annually by independent third parties.
8. Changes
This policy may be amended to reflect regulatory or operational changes. Current versions will be published on this portal with their update date.
