These Terms & Conditions govern the access and use of the fijape.com portal, owned by Fijape Educación Financiera S.A.C., with RUC 20613847512 and registered office at Av. Javier Prado Oeste 1066, San Isidro, Lima.
1. Purpose
Fijape offers guidance, training and support services in financial education for Peruvian entrepreneurs and independent professionals. The portal does not market financial products or issue specific investment recommendations.
2. Acceptance
Using the portal implies express acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using it.
3. Registration and accuracy
The user guarantees the accuracy of the data provided in the forms. Any false or outdated information entitles Fijape to suspend service without prior notice.
4. Acceptable use
Use of the portal for unlawful purposes, identity theft, dissemination of offensive content or reverse engineering of the platform is prohibited.
5. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos and materials published are the property of Fijape or are used under appropriate authorisation. Their total or partial reproduction without written authorisation is prohibited.
6. Liability
The service is provided for guidance purposes only. Fijape is not responsible for financial decisions made by the user, nor for interruptions due to unforeseen events, scheduled maintenance or force majeure.
7. Modifications to the service
Fijape reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any portal functionality, communicating such changes through the website.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any disputes shall be resolved by the judges and courts of the Judicial District of Lima, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction.
